Welcome to our online site. We, [herein after referred to as ‘Portmap.io’] allow you to access to your PC from the Internet when you cannot setup port forwarding on your router, or your ISP doesn't assign you a real IP address, or your IP address is changing over time. Portmap.io and its Affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions upon which Portmap.io (“We” or “Us”) will provide services to you on www.portmap.io (“the Website”). These Terms constitute a contractual agreement between you and us. By visiting, accessing, using, and/or joining (Collectively “Using”) the Website and the services thereof, you express your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. As used in this document, the terms “you” or “your” refers to you, any entity you represent, your or its representatives, successors, assigns and affiliates.

This document might be updated time to time and the current version will be posted on www.portmap.io accordingly.

Grant of License

You agree that the Service contains Content specifically provided by Portmap.io or its Affiliates and that such Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks (whether registered or un-registered), service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws. You shall abide by and maintain all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.

Portmap.io grants the user of the Site and/or Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-transferable license to use, modify and reproduce the Content, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Use, reproduction, modification, distribution or storage of any Content for other than personal, non-commercial use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from Portmap.io, or from the copyright holder identified in such Content’s copyright notice. Your use of our website has to be used for lawful purposes only.

Again, these Terms of Use are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable or sub licensable by you except with Portmap.io’s prior written consent.

Portmap.io may assign, transfer or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without consent.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of the Terms of Use and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.

In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under the Terms of Use, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and court fees.

Scope of Service and Limitations

We allow you to access to your PC from the Internet when you cannot setup port forwarding on your router, or your ISP doesn't assign you a real IP address, or your IP address is changing over time. You can create a VPN tunnel from your PC to our server using free Open VPN software and define a port forwarding rule to forward requests from the Internet through our server to your local machine. It works even if you do not have real IP address or your incoming traffic is blocked. You can forward HTTP traffic to your local web-server as well as any TCP or UDP traffic. If your web-server has virtual hosts configured, you can specify which one you are connecting to.

We undertake that the Services will be performed substantially with reasonable skill and care. However, the undertaking shall not apply to the extent of any non-conformance which is caused by use of the Services contrary our instructions, or modification or alteration of the Services by any party other than Portmap.io or Portmap.io duly authorized affiliates and or/staff. However, Portmap.io does not warrant that the your use of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor that the Services, Documentation and/or the information obtained by the user through the Services will meet the User's requirement; andis not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or any other loss or damage resulting from the transfer of data over communications networks and facilities, including the internet, and the User acknowledges that the Services and Documentation may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of such communications facilities.

This agreement shall not prevent Portmap.io from entering into similar agreements with third parties, or from independently developing, using, selling or licensing documentation, and/or services which are similar to those provided under this agreement. Portmap.io warrants that it has and will maintain all necessary licenses, consents, and permissions necessary for the performance of its obligations under this agreement.

Registration

You will need to register to become a member of this Website ("Member") if you wish to access the Services via this Website, and continued membership is subject to Portmap.io’s subscription packages, set out in Plans. You are free to change the membership package to which you subscribe at any time, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

To register to become a Member you must provide Portmap.io with information about you via Portmap.io's registration forms. Portmap.io's use of this information is set out in Portmap.io's Privacy Policy Statement.

You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when completing the registration form. You must maintain and update this information and keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information provided by you is not, Portmap.io has the right to cancel your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of this Website.

Registration requires a valid email address (which will serve as your user name) and unique password. Please create a secure password: choose a password that uses a combination of letters, upper case and lower case, numbers, and symbols. For example, $Mydog2!. Avoid choosing obvious words or dates such as a nickname or your birth date. Please use maximum caution to keep your user name and password confidential and log-off from the Website when your session is complete to prevent unauthorized access to your information. If your user name or password is subject to unauthorized access, you should immediately inform Portmap.io.

You must not tell anyone else your user name or password. Any unauthorized use of either of them must be reported to portmap@portmap.io.com as soon as you are aware of such use and Portmap.io will, as soon as reasonably possible, cancel your user name and/or password and issues new ones to you.

Portmap.io may, for security or other reasons, require you to change your user name and/ or password or other information which facilitates access to this Website or its Services.

Portmap.io reserves the right to cancel your user name and password without notice if Portmap.io becomes aware of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.

Once you verify your email address by clicking the link in the verification e-mail sent by Portmap.io, you will become an active Member and will be able to access the Services available via the Website. Failing to verify your email address will result in an inactive account and an inability to access the Services available through the Website.

This Agreement or any rights, duties and obligations hereunder shall not be assigned or transferred by either party without the prior consent in writing of the other party.

Any notices served under the term of this agreement shall be through electronic mails (E-mail) and shall be deemed as received upon delivery receipt of the same.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as best to reasonably affect the intent of the parties.

Managing your Account

If you are under the age of 18, you may only avail our services with the insolvent of your legal guardian or otherwise.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you subscribe to any of our packages, you will be charged as per our payment plans together with additional transaction based charges. Details of charges are shown within the sign-up process, as set out in Plans. Any reduction in the membership price (for example, where you downgrade to a lower-priced package or reduce the number of users on your account) will take effect in your next membership month or year following notification. Any increase in the membership price and plans (for example, where you upgrade your package or add additional users) will take effect from the date of notification Your membership begins on the date on which you register for the Services and finishes on the day before that calendar date the following month or, in the case of annual plans, year. Fees for all the Services that you sign up to are payable upon registration or the relevant subscription billing periods. You can pay membership fees by using you PayPal account securely. Please read carefully the Terms & conditions related to PayPal Payment Gateway. Your payment details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. At the time of payment you will be asked to provide PayPal Account details. In the event that Portmap.io is unable at any time to obtain payment of any charges using such details, Portmap.io may freeze your account until it has received settlement in full.

Schedule of charges, Billing Policy

All information that is or that will be conveyed through our website is distributed free of charge. However, Charges are linked to the subscription package to which you subscribe, as set out in plans. You can place your order for a specific Service, by using PayPal Platform securely. All Services provided will incur a certain Subscription charges depending on your purchase. You can pay to such schedule of charges by using PayPal securely. Please follow the PayPal user guideline regarding online purchase policy. By clicking “I Agree” and providing Portmap.io Your PayPal A/C information You authorize Portmap.io to charge Your PayPal Account on a monthly basis in the amount indicated for the value of the Subscription You select, including any future price changes. Portmap.io will continue to take monthly payment on the date of the initial payment until such time as the member cancels their subscription. You have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged.

Any and all payments shall be payable in USD.

Portmap.io can cancel Your account due to Your breach of any of the Terms of this Agreement. In such circumstances, You will not be entitled to any refund for any payments You have made to Portmap.io.

You can cancel Your membership account by providing Portmap.io ten (10) days’ e-mail notice, as provided herein, of Your cancellation of Your account. Your membership with Portmap.io might be terminated whenever; Your PayPal A/c information becomes invalid or Portmap.io’ charge is denied for any reason and You do not provide Portmap.io a new credit card within ten (10) days.

If a service received is not as described or in error, Portmap.io will do best to investigate the issue and help the user, but it is ultimately the user’s responsibility and Portmap.io cannot be liable for any scams carried out by third party platforms.

Any and all payments made by the user at any time are non-cancellable and non-refundable;

The User is responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and the Site and all applicable taxes.

You will not be entitled to a refund for any periodic fee (Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly) already paid in respect of your purchase.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, we have developed a certain policy for helping our valued customer. Exceptions may occur and applicability of such will be handled as the following:

Non-delivery

Non-delivery of any service due to some technical issues, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the original delivery date. Otherwise the services rendered will be considered received.

Services not-as-described:

Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the original date of delivery. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased service is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the user's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Our Technical Support Team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner.

The Principal shall not be liable for damages of any kind solely as a result of termination of this Agreement, nor shall termination of this Agreement by the Principal be without prejudice to any other right or remedy of such party under this Agreement or applicable law.

Electronic Communications

When you visit Portmap.io or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our Facebook official Page. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

The user hereby indemnify Portmap.io and undertake to keep Portmap.io indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Portmap.io to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by Portmap.io arising out of any breach by the user of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.

PORTMAP.IO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT(S), AS PROVIDED ON THIS SITE. THE USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR USE OF VPN TECNIQUES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, PORTMAP.IO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Dispute Resolution

In any cases of discontinuance, the parties will honor agreed commitments either via the accepted arrangements or suitable alternatives negotiated at that point. However, the confidentiality and the indemnification clause will remain valid although an early or regular termination occurs. Upon Termination all licenses granted under this agreement shall be immediately terminated and the USER shall return and make no further use of any property, Information data and any other items (and all copies of them) belonging to Portmap.io. Termination of this Agreement by Portmap.io shall not release the USER from any liability for breach of such party’s obligations under this Agreement.

Note: in case of appointment of a sole arbitrator the time for dispute examination shall be reduced at least by one month.

Termination

Without prejudice to any remedy that Portmap.io may have against you, Portmap.io may terminate or suspend with immediate effect and without notice your access to and use of this Website if it: Reasonably believes that the user have breached any of these Terms and Conditions; Is unable to verify the accuracy or validity of any information provided by the user; or Suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity by the user. Should the user object to any of these Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent changes to them, or become dissatisfied with this Website in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue to access or use this Website. These terms of use are effective shall be effective on from date you first use or order any of our services using this website site and shall continue in effect until terminated by either you or us.
